It’s close to that time of year again where the world’s best yacht racing teams gather their sails and flock to a small spot at the very south of the UK, the Isle of Wight. Cowes to be more exact which is also where we reside, all to partake in various races and celebrate a yearly week event called Cowes Week. OC Vision took advantage of this mass event and was taken out to sea on an Open 60 skippered by Seb Josse.

Each member of the team got to experience what it’s like to be out on the water on board these competitive boats. Of course, it wasn’t all just sit back, relax, drink champagne and watch the birds fly past, we all took part of steering and grinding and trying to not fall in the water en-route.

All in all we thorougly enjoyed the adventure, especially for those whose experience was a first.
