		<description>With the shortage of experienced staff many companies are realizing that retaining the staff they have is the name of the game. Building community in the workplace has suddenly become trendy. The problem is community like laughter is one of things it's hard to fake. If your staff  think the company is only doing it to keep people it is wasted effort. 

Community is good for people on a number of levels - it has been shown to be good for our immune system, for our resilience to stress and enables us to live longer (all these factors proven in scientific research). 

Team building is giving way to community building is smarter companies and is a great step forward for quality of life and for productivity – in the long run. Also of course people are much less likely to leave a community than they are an employer so community-in-the-workplace has a great deal going for it.</description>
