Jun18Doesn’t the picture frame look nice today.

Get Firefox

Big news yesterday! It’s that time again. A new web browser, free to download, available to all.
Yesterday saw the release of Firefox 3 – the new web browser from Mozilla. It looks nice, and on first impressions it seems to be fast, secure, and with some nice new features.

So what does that mean for you – the website owner. Well, it is a nice new tool for you, and maybe even your users if they are allowed to upgrade their browser. It probably loads your website quicker, and maybe even makes it look a little sharper. (On the other hand, your old site may look worse in FF3 and the forthcoming IE8, in which case speak to us about enhancing and future proofing your site!)
On the whole though, and despite the torrent of marketing for the latest Mozilla browser, it’s a nicer picture frame, but it is what’s inside the frame, the real content, that is still the most important part of your online marketing. A new browser won’t mean better responses, more signups, or even more sales.

That’s the clever bit – and that’s still up to you.
